I never expected to enjoy this anime and was actually dreading having to watch the couple episodes for class. I was dead wrong and absolutely loved all of it. I have since started watching the rest of the series. I never expected it would have such a valid take on human robot/AI relations portrayed.
I was also pleasantly surprised by how deep this anime goes into the psychology of human/AI relationships and the sociological ramifications of humanoid robots towards the end.
